I do believe they have a focus on providing higher quality parts. it's getting better lately .. for a while it seemed well made vanagon parts were getting hard to find. I can get a heater valve for as low as 9 dollars or something.. that is scary cheap. The one I got from Van Cafe was 3 times that much .. but I bet it's a longer lasting far better part then the el cheapo.
