A spark plug coming out completely will get your attention. My only experience with that was riding back from a high school debate tournament in a '62 Ford wagon with a nun driving when a spark plug blew out while on I-95 and dented the hood from the underside. fwiw ,... it's not that uncommon for me to find spark plugs that aren't screwed in tightly enough. the pffft , pffft should is a tip off. ...that's before it falls out completely.
