I have had Actually, Ken took "back" an incorrect front cooling hose that as it turned out I'd bought from someone else (I had gotten most of them from him, but not that one). And having pointed out my little mistake about the source, he offered to swap it for the right one - I didn't have to make puppy eyes and quiver my chin. I was a little cranky that he didn't fly up in his helicopter and install the replacement in person, but otherwise I thought that was pretty good service. Yours, David |
