nope not a good value.  Doesnt have the exhaust manifold or the Air intake.  You can find something way better.  Harness, code and support comes with your purchase of the Bositig conversion as well as the adapter p[late and new flywheel that they have manufactured for performacne and safety.  Their goal is to have you well on your way to diagnosing and troubleshooting your issues by the time any official warranty runs out.  After that I highly doubt that those guys would not help you anyway.  They are awesome!
