bought one. Really didn't like the layout, converted the interior to a Westy.

Then I didn't like the top, felt claustrophobic, converted the top to a Westy.

Been better off to have bought a Westy.

Hi folks,

A good friend has been bitten by the vanagon bug after borrowing our van for a recent camping excursion.

I'm helping him look for a van, and will be taking a look at a Country Homes Camper for him this afternoon. I've never looked at a CHC before- any opinions out there? Pmail is fine if you'd rather not ruffle feathers.

He's after a tin-top or inexpensive pop top with a bed. Water cooled only. If anyone in the Ventura/SLO areas have a van for sale, please let me know. He's serious, ready to buy with cash in hand.

Thanks in advance,

Joe Cayucos, CA '86 Westy Weekender '90 Carat
