Scott, sorry for the bad photos and not much explanation, never found the time to make it better. I have a machine shop make a two step brass insert that replicates the boss on the bell housing that usually corrodes away that the clutch bracket sits on. The inside diameter of that brass insert is the same as the original and therefor accepts the OEM plastic bushings. In photos 3 & 4 you can clearly see this brass insert.
