Supposedly some refineries on the west coast are down for scheduled
maintenance, thus affecting fuel availability. Add demand to that and
you get high gas prices. Wouldn't surprise me if manipulation of prices
didn't figure into the whole scheme - but then again, maybe not. Could
be just local supply vs demand at work.
