Gas buddy prices are sent in by people who use the site, they tell you how old the prices are too. I'd never heard of the late nite pricing scheme but last night we went into Olympia at 7pm & when we came back at 1130pm the prices had dropped 5 cents. I'll look again on my way to work today.
