It sounds like this was the case, but was this "squat" symptom happening prior to the front brake work? Or from another POV, what precipitated the front brake work? Or, were the rears adjusted prior to the front brake work?

Along with Dennis's comments, if I may......

Does your Bay use a torsion bar(s) for rear "springs" ? If so, could a failed torsion bar(s) be causing this issue?
