[back of envelope calculations thoughtfully provided snipped, suffice it to say that there is a buttload (technical term) of hot air blowing against the front of the cabin and under the body.]

Thus the hot footwell and sweltering feets.

Pity the radiator can't be mounted on the rear hatch with sufficient ventilation to work so that the hot air would trail behind the van.
