I'm not the best qualified to advise you on optimal temp (I’m a parts specialist, not a mechanic), but from a parts standpoint the Van-Café part number corresponds to our standard temp switch, not our low-temp one. Absent any descriptive text to the contrary, I'd go by the part number rather than the picture. Pictures are generally vendor-supplied and tend to be more representative than dead-on accurate. Part numbers and descriptions are generally more reliable.
