Thank you Dennis.

One of the first spares I purchased for my new ride was a Hepu pump. It's in a box under the rear seat as we speak.

If coolant pump R&R happens before my engine swap, hopefully the three nuts holding pump to head won't be seriously rusted in place. I should start spraying those nuts now with penetrating fluid now. ;^) Seriously.

In reading archive posts on pump R&R I see Ben's website has a great looking tutorial for this job. I should buy some used parts from Ben to help fund his website!
