A "complete conversion package" is plenty different from Turnkey....It is still a large amount of work for the vendors who offer these conversions. It is much simpler for the Van Owner, easier by far than doing it on their own, because they won't have to deduce anything for themselves (other than how to pay for it) but a "turnkey" conversion is one where you drop off the van and pick it back up later with new motor installed and hopefully warranted...
