Check your Bentley. If it's driven directly from the 15 circuit I think it unlikely to be a problem. If it's driven from the ECU I'd be much more cautious - at least measure the draw of the two components and be certain that the new one is </= the old. They're both inductive loads I imagine, so I don't expect that to be an issue as such. Again, if the ground side goes to the ECU instead of to the chassis I'd at least think twice. Can't look myself for the next week or so.
