Those of us with the Bostig conversions have the SCT to change the ECU programming when Jim comes up with a different or better program.

It is an aftermarket device that allows reprogramming of certain ECUs and monitoring/logging of engine operating parameters, over an OBDII port.

The "reflasher" part refers to uploading a new program into the ECU.
