Hi .. IMO any good shop/installer will do whatever it takes to get you the result .. like work with the kit's producer if needed. I don't think that's an unreasonable expectation ...I consider that a totally normal expectation !

Surely Bostig themselves has recommended installers on the East Coast, I'd sure think.

My understanding it that it should go together very nicely with almost no 'figuring out.'
