Reflasher, thats what had to be done to the ECU in my FAS Gen. 5. And Tom you are so right. If you don't have the program from Bosch you could be in deep trouble. That re programming of the injector firing and timing is a big part of what makes this engine run cool on All cylinders and deliver plenty of torque at low RPMs. The whole turnkey thing, aside from the Beta aspects of my install, is what I have just been through. I am leaving Boston for San Francisco on Wednesday the 30th going the northern 80/90 route. Kind hearted listees are going to keep me out of Wal-Mart parking lots until I get past Chicago.
