Rough/Tough problems ahead... other than great engine conversion... :-)

The first option expressed... the lift capacity in max height is too low!
Meaning, to get the engine under your Van and then lift to attach to the Van.
You will be left short of attaching without lowering the Van or raising the engine..
Sorry for your bad luck here...

As Jim expressed, the jacks configuration will not work under your Van.
Slide under the Van... cannot be jacked-up to present engine to the Van....
Bummer.... sorry...

Simple is Ok as others posted...
Cardboard, plastic sheeting, 4x4's and cable winches... will all work Ok...
Improvise and overcome...
You can do this without a sale item at Harbour Freight.
