Nonsense! I'm speaking from 20+ years of experience and the 12V works just fine when you're on the move and save propane for when you really need it. Keeps the fridge plenty cools, sometimes too cool when driving. If I stop for less than an hour I just leave it off and let it run when I drive off again. No problem with it at all. To the nay-sayers I say Bah! You just don't know what you are doing....
