Hi to all,

Every year I send out a message to the members of this list to come and have their fuel lines changed at my place, with almost no appointment to make and can wait for it while it's done. Anyone, who is running around a 25-30 years old fuel lines, should not be surprised having his car burned up. This item is not "fix it when it's broke", but because it's age related, has to be changed before it broken. All those burnt up beautiful Westfalias should have been enough warnings to wise folks. In a case of lack of funds, I can accept a payment plan through PayPal.

Summer Vanagon fire season is here . Vanagons burn so often the word Vanagon can be substituted for the word fire, as in, I had a Vanagon in my fireplace last night.

It can never be mentioned too often, that the fuel line and adapter on the right side firewall and behind it need to be inspected. The plastic adapter on the firewall should be eliminated . Here's why:https://www.iaai.com/Vehicles/VehicleDetails.aspx?auctionID=0&itemID=127 23628&RowNumber=1#

Only you (or someone who works on your Vanagon) can prevent Vanagon fires. Robert1982 Westfalia
