Yes, but you will need an ISO ("bubble") flaring tool. I've got one of
these, which works fine:

But, if you're going to replace brake lines, and cut them to length
yourself, you might as well do it right, once and for all.

Get some Cunifer or Nicopp brake line,

which doesn't corrode, so will last forever compared to even coated
steel lines, along with new 10mm nuts

The copper alloy brake line is _very_ much easier to work with than
steel line. You can bend it by hand, and it flares easily.
