Except 28 Nm is 21 ft-lbs???? (18 ft lbs is 24 Nm)

Standard torque tables can be used for almost everything (check Bentley
if bolting into alloy, like the engine, though). The most common
fasteners on a VW are 6mm (10mm head), 8mm (13mm head), 10mm (17mm
head), and 12mm (19mm head).
