Yea, those are different (and reusable). Vice Grips can sometimes work on those, if you don't have the proper tool. If you need to deal with multiple clamps simultaneously, they can be difficult because of how far the tabs will spread when you release them. I usually go looking for cans about the size of the hose to store them on, so they don't compress fully.
