I don't know what the new instructions say, but I had no difficulty following the
instructions that came with my '08/'09 kit from Mark. From the description
posted by Tom, the instructions haven't changed, and Mark has been making
and selling these for about 5 years. You won't find any notes at his site
indicating any changes in what he's making/selling since beginning.
