That's entirely my doing, thanks for passing that on.  I found David
yesterday on a thread on The Samba from 2009 where he said he was thinking
about making these, and no one responded back then.  I got him going and
ordered one yesterday (he wondered how I found him).  I told him to
advertise and that I'd post it to the list.  He has both large and small
sizes.

Persistence pays off!
