Ah, give the man a break. He never said he invented it, and I believe he had more to do than you probably think with getting ARPANET going, without which the Internet wouldn't exist. Haven't checked my particulars here, but I know he got a bum rap on that one (and I used to know the specifics).

Anyway he wouldn't have had a chance, since the Rooshians I mean CCCP invented everything just before the US did. Some of it for real.
