Trip report
I talked to DavidB via phone yesterday as he was descending the South
side of
Poncha Pass between Salida & Saguache, CO. He was quite excited about
the view &
very pleased that he had decided to take the BackRoads across Colo'
instead of the
FastRoads. He asked me to post this note to the list if I had a moment
so here it is.
We discussed the rest of his route to Mesa, AZ & I suggested that
since he would be
passing by the South end of Monument Valley that He might want to
consider a short
side trip North to see that ~ He seemed to like the idea. His plan was
to spend last
night in the Duango area & press on to M'V', Sedona & Mesa today.
