I have seen where the hinge gets hung up on one of the screw heads. If you unfold the board and watch you will see how the bottom edge of the hinge kinda rolls over the top of the screws that hold the hinge to the body just in front of the rear board. Try an experiment with a thin piece of plastic laying on top of the screws so the hinge edge has a smooth surface to "roll" on. If that it replace the screws with smoother new ones and/or find a way to fix a piece of plastic that will stay in place. I used a piece of nylon that I bored a couple divots into so it will lay flat on top of the screw heads. A poor design like the push up bar that gets cut into. If it wasnt pouring out with lightning striking around me I would snap you a picture. If it clears up later I will.

The hinges don't look bent but maybe I'm not seeing it correctly. Anyone have this problem and know what the fix is? Thanks for your help. > Spencer > 85 Westy
