Subject: 2.1 WBX. Triumph Adler or Bosch ECU For Spare?
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1

Hi all.

Am gathering spares for my stock 2.1 WBX (1988)

Looking at David Beierl's image and comments here:

https://picasaweb.google.com/117189706757545167023/SolderFatigue#5556547378686393522

and comments here: http://gerry.vanagon.com/cgi-bin/wa.exe?A2=ind1008B&L=vanagon&P=R19939

And another listers comments here: http://gerry.vanagon.com/cgi-bin/wa.exe?A2=ind0003C&L=vanagon&P=R8921

it seems any ECU can develop a bad solder joint(s). Still......

Is there a better chance that the used Triumph Adler ECU will have better solder joints?

Thanks

Neil.
