Since my diesel is lacking much power being non turbo and not using the booster heater I was gonna try something silly!! I was planning on doing a 180°flip with my air filter housing lid, pick up a relay then plumb the booster heater fan into the air filter housing. Ya never know sometimes silly things work and it'll only cost me the price of a relay and time so I figure why not,I'm planning on the headlight upgrade and need relays for that anyway!!

I didn't know the stock intakes went up the pillar. I do know a cold air path into the intake is remarkably effective in producing better power. Racers go to all kinds of lengths to get the coolest intake air possible because as said, it's denser and has more O2 among other advantages. That brake duct hose is waterproof, too.
