You can use one from certain Jeeps. I bought some a while back for under $10 and nearly the exact part. Here is a link to show what they look like. I did not use the Jeep grommet as it was not as tight of a fit on the tank as the new VW grommets I had. The Jeep valves fit the VW grommets fine.
