"All the mounting hardware" should include both the bracket to fasten it to the front seat pedestal, and the floor bracket to receive the seat legs. I mention these things because they are not shown in the photographs. Generally speaking, that price exceeds others I have seen. I paid $75 for mine, including the mounting brackets and seat belt. Though it appeared a bit grimy, it cleaned up beautifully. mcneely
