Kurt, does the "sealed road" reference in the description mean "paved roads"? I would want to check that out. For me, a tire that the manufacturer limited to pavement would be a no-no.

I see that Kumho has resumed describing the tire as for trucks, vans, buses. Some folks on the list declaimed it for our purposes, suggesting it was a trailer limited tire. It never was, and Kumho had always described it as being appropriate for vans. However, I and at least one other list member contacted Kumho to get their direct take on it, and were told that the reason it is marketed mainly as a trailer tire in the U.S. is that few vehicles here take a 14 inch tire, and 15 inch is becoming less common, so they just market this tire to where there is use.
I have had five of them on my camper for 3.5 years, 25k miles. Still have 8/32 inch tread depth. Run smooth and straight on the highway, handle well, take a beating on back roads. I probably will get another set when these are finished. But, the Yokohama looks interesting if the manufacturer is not saying it is limited to pavement.
