Yeah I'm aware of these tires they are the studdable winter Nokian's. I've run these in the winter in the past and they are a fantastic winter tire. It is only the all-weather (and even the winter-only non-studdable) tires which have been discontinued in the 14 inch size.

Of course, running the winter tires year round is one solution.
