So, since the rest of the Bostig kit hasn't yet arrived, I decided to install the new radio head unit and subwoofer I got from Crutchfield. I noticed that there's a white and blue wire coming from the radio unit, and according to Bentley (97.199) it would go to an "amplified speaker." Is this a signal switch wire, which can be used to power on the subwoofer amp by the head unit? Or does it serve some other function.

Any advise on that or subwoofer installation in general would be appreciated. Thanks.
