dear joker http://www.canadatotwincities.com/buy_car.html and http://www.bordercenter.org/chem/vehicles.htm and the horses mouth it self http://www.cbp.gov/xp/cgov/trade/basic_trade/importing_car.xml good luck ... inspect vehicle completely-- ask to see what papers show it was legally imported into canada -- i suggest using a trailer to tow home and work on at home after several years of sitting through snow season etc who knows --

i had a t25 for a number of years and it was a wonderful machine ... the joker body appeared to share a lot of similarities with syncro or so we thought when we looked at them each sitting beside each other in parking lots regards
