Underneath the drain board makes for good storage for one or two plastic cutting boards. I store a 1QT Crockpot inside the sink which can be run whilst underway on inverter power. I discovered that it's best to make sure the top is shimmed underneath the sink/stove top in order to keep the lid in place. It got loose once and I came up with stew jerky, but don't think that it has commercial potential. Geo/ATL |
