O2 is a mixture issue. HC is fuel that never burned. NOX is the result of too much heat and pressure and reduction equipment not working. Both have the same idle test, but I think the 2500 rpm standing test is a little easier than the dyno test. There are two areas where vans tend to fail: NOX, and O2 at idle. NOX is a bad cat.
