Your missing information ! It's already installed in all languages, you just now need to choose which language you want to use. Open the program by clicking on the menu item in the far bottom left, then go to the menu item at the top left bottom row, then choose the 6th menu item down the list that opens up, then you will see all the language options, choose whichever one you want to use.
