I see from your website you are in Colorado, which should be a good market. Nice photos BTW!

I've sold two VW campers, an '84 Westy in 2006 ($6000), and a '97 EVC in 2009 ($27k). Listed both on The Samba and Craigslist, & sold both to local buyers on Craigslist. Given the unknowns regarding conversions, your buyer will need to be happy being his/her own mechanic, or at least reasonably mechanically inclined, unless they can find a mechanic willing to work on it.

I also recently purchased an '85 Westy that's rust free and original with 140k, but needed work, for $7500. They all need work. Constant work.

I'd list yours for $4995 and see what happens. Eventually you'll find the right price and likely sell it locally.

Good luck!

Stuart

I would appreciate educated opinions about the selling value of my Westy. I have not quite decided for sure to sell it but would like to know first what I could get.
