if by burb bottle you mean the Coolant Pressure Bottle, with upper and lower hose connections on it ( like the stock 2.1 waterboxer bottle ) I always use the smaller upper one for a small engine air bleed return .

there was one EZ30 I worked on ..hose on the bottom blew. Replaced that .. coolant will not flow into the engine ..until I removed a temp sensor to let air out. I think it's safe to say that engine could use a small full time engine air bleed - flowing to the upper connection of the coolant pressure bottle.
