Good Heavens -- it is done! "make thick my blood; Stop up the access and passage to remorse"

Yokohama 195R14 Y370 tires are installed on Miss Betty. (fifth one doesn't easily fit into spare tire cubby -- pushing on coolant hoses -- is this a problem? #@#$%!)

Thanks a bunch to all of you for your generous help and patience. Shouldn't of been such a big deal; but it was...finally had to settle on what seemed like the best quality tire, rated for the load. Hope the gods favour a decision!!

Some notes: -Y370 are marked with M+S; -Y370 sidewall is only 2 ply; but it carries the label "reinforced sidewall, 8-ply ("D") rating". Rated for 170lb at 65psi. -Bolton Tire (www.boltontire.com) stocks the Y370's because they install them on the CP Rail trucks. -Nokians - can't reasonably get 'em in Canada, by gosh or by golly. -RA08's - could only get old ones, 15 years old or more, apparently...??? -Hercules Power CV, Hero Vaneza VR02 and Vanco2 - wasn't that excited about them; seemed like the Y370 were a better quality and safer.
