Egg ring's a band-aid. And doesn't help a bit if you're wanting to put a thin layer of oil in a skillet and it all pools at one side.

It's entirely possible that a Venn diagram which shows the overlap of those who enjoy fancy cooking and those who own a Westy contains only me.
