Yes, extra stress on the studs but someone who knows water cooled engines
will need to tell you if it matters. It did matter with air cooled engines
depending on how far you pushed them.

Interesting, so extra stress on the head studs. I reused the heads (and
studs), "refurbished" by the machine shop.
