Thanks Dennis. I was too quick to write. I should have looked in Bentley first.

I guess a leak down tester is a good tool to have regardless of whether or not I run this engine for much longer.

Ya I thought it was likely a lazy lifter. Wishful thinking on my part re: valve adjustment.

Funny you should mention cam lobes. I am not familiar with how a WBX should sound when in good shape, but when listening for other noises, noticed what sounded like an odd, though quiet, noise around the middle of the casings.

All speculation on my part until I get the tools and learn how to do a leak down test. Not rocket surgery to learn this I'm sure.
