Subject:      roof rack wanted for standard vanagon

Looking to carry some long ladders on top of standard vanagon, (non-camper).
Thought is that a cross member at front and back securely attached to rain
gutters would work, each independently secure. Only planning the weight of
four ladder segments, or two at a time if too much weight for supports. Any
suggested vendors or other ideas?
