I used these tires back in the '90's. Not bad, but not especially good when 1/2 worn. Poor snow traction, and not much better in mud. I moved on to michelin agilis 61, then 81, and they are a much stronger tire but no improvement in snow/mud but then I used nokians and vredestiens in winter or off road. Agilis I think are better than the Yokos on wet hwy.

I still am using a set of agilis 81s on my syncro in summer and I am very impressed by how strong they are. This year I've been driving a lot on sharp rock based logging roads and the agilis have not let me down.
