Hello everyone! New to the list and to Westy ownership, excited to learn and meet folks. My first question is probably somewhat silly. After working on some wiring and battery, which temporarily took out power to the radio, clock, etc. I am all powered back and now the clock seems to be malfunctioning. The problem was likely not from the wiring, but from when I tried to re-set it. (I am a walking accident. Did I mention that part?) I can only guess I pressed in the inner buttons too hard. Now the hour does not change and the minutes just count like seconds to 59 and start again. Is there a question in here? Yes. Is it possible to fix this without tearing the whole dash out? And covering it with electrical tape is not the answer I am looking for. (already thought of that) Thanks in advance! Again. Excited to be here! Jeremy, ('87 Westy, "Lola") |
