This 5th wheel trailer has been around awhile in different paint jobs. I've also seen Dokas with the gates removed used to tow 5th wheels in Europe but most were powered by V6 Fords or larger Audi engines. It certainly seems possibly but guessing the life of your gearbox would be the limiting factor.
