I cooled the fridge down on 110v for 30 minutes, then I tried lighting it on gas.

It's hard to light, but it does light. I can't see a flame in the window and the LED panel light doesn't light up. But, I can hear it burning from inside the camper from the sound that comes out of the flue, a low rumble.

It stays lit as long as I hold down button B, the safety valve by-pass. When I release the button, it immediately goes out. Do I have a bad safety valve? The service manual troubleshooting has "faulty safety valve magnet" and "no contact between thermocouple and safety valve" items as possible causes for when it won't stay lit.
